Rack of lamb with honey rosemary sauce: lamb marinated with mustard and breadcrumbs and done in the oven with a honey rosemary sauce

Celestian chicken breast: baked chicken breast on penne and garnished with mushrooms, tomato, garlic with mango peach  chutney pork medaillons in orange sauce

Medaillons of pork tenderloin baked with a sauce of orange and corriander

Catch of the day: Fresh from the sea on your plate daily with  a choice of sauces
Grilled salmon filet with white wine sauce: salmon filet from Canada on creamy mashed potatoes and covered with white wine sauce
A skewer of sea fruit with a devilish sauce: skewer with mussels, shrimps and roasted sweet pepper on spinach and covered with a spicy tomato sauce

Our main dishes are served with a choice of rice, french fries, pasta, mashed potatoes,
salad and fresh fruit
